2009 Lottery and Gaming Credit Claims
The 2009 Lottery and Gaming Credit, for qualifying Village of McFarland property owners, was $88.69. If you qualify for a credit, and did not receive one on your 2009 Real Estate Property Tax Bill, you can file a late claim with the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR).
You qualify for a 2009 Lottery and Gaming Credit if you owned your home and used it as your primary residence on January 1, 2009. If this applies to you and you did not receive a Lottery and Gaming Credit of $88.69 on your 2009 Real Estate Property Tax Bill, you will need to complete and mail a "2009 Late Lottery and Gaming Credit Application" LC-300.
You qualify for a 2009 Lottery and Gaming Credit if you purchased your home after January 1, 2009 and the property was used by the previous owner as a primary residence on January 1, 2009. If this applies to you and you did not receive a Lottery and Gaming Credit of $88.69 on your 2009 Real Estate Property Tax Bill, you will need to complete and mail a "2009 Buyer Late Lottery and Gaming Credit Application" LC-310.
