1. Call to order.
2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the August 16, 2010 Plan Commission Meeting.
3. Public Hearing – Review and possible action regarding a 2-Lot Certified Survey Map (CSM), submitted by Birrenkott Surveying, Inc., for property owned by Brian Davis. The property address, 6207 Exchange Street, is zoned R-1A Single Family Residence.
4. Conceptual Review regarding possible rezoning and conditional use permit for 4604 Siggelkow Road for the purpose of remodeling an existing garage into office space for an engineering firm. Property is owned by Waubesa Village LLC and is currently zoned R-3 General Residence.
5. Discussion of revisions to Sec. 62-206 Signal Receiving Antennas – Village of McFarland Municipal Code.
6. Discussion of revisions to the Village of McFarland Landscaping Guidelines suggested by Village Attorney Matt Fleming.
