1. Call to order.
2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the June 2, 2010 and October 4, 2010 Community Development Authority meetings.
3. Discussion regarding redevelopment possibilities for 4311Triangle St.
4. CLOSED SESSION:
a. Motion to convene in Closed Session in accordance with Wis. Stats. 19.895(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a Closed Session. (Discussion of potential purchase of 4311 Triangle St., property in TID #3.)
5. OPEN SESSION:
a. Motion to adjourn Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session to act on items of business in Closed Session.
6. Adjournment.
