1. Call to Order.

2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the meeting of August 18, 2010.

3. Discussion and possible recommendation to Plan Commission regarding current stormwater issues in Country Wood subdivision and the potential impacts of a proposed 4-unit project on Lot 3, CSM 10473 Third Addition to Country Wood. The addresses are 6306, 6308, 6310 and 6312 Holscher Road. [Referred by Public Utilities Committee and Plan Commission]

4. Discussion of operating issues related to the yard waste/brush drop-off site and possible measures to better control misuse of the site.

5. Staff Reports.

6. Adjournment.
