Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the June 8 and June 25, 2010
Communications and Technology meetings.

4. BUSINESS.
a. Review and discussion of the results of the Communications Survey. (see enclosed Tabulation Summary and Preliminary Analysis)
b. General discussion about the Village’s communication needs and how best to meet those needs.
c. Discussion of assumptions to be made in the 2011 budget regarding the taping of Village and School District meetings, school-related events, and community events.
d. Discussion about how the website might be used to match the needs for volunteers in various areas with interested volunteers that have the appropriate skill sets.

5. ADJOURNMENT.

NOTES:

2) A quorum of The Village Board may attend this meeting for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities as Village trustees. No matter shall be considered nor shall any action be taken by said Village Board members at this meeting.
