VILLAGE OF MCFARLAND NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING ETHICS BOARD Thursday, February 2, 2012 5:00 P.M. Conference Room A McFarland Municipal Center AGENDA Call meeting to order. Approve draft Minutes of the January 26, 2012 Ethics Board meeting. Determination on whether or not the investigation of the ethics complaint filed under Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code against Trustee Brian Utter should be conducted by a neutral third party. Determination on whether or not the investigation of the ethics complaint filed under Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code against Trustee Tim Utter should be conducted by a neutral third party. Discussion and determination with Village Attorney on the process the Ethics Board will utilize in adjudicating the ethics complaint filed under Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code against Trustee Brian Utter. Discussion and determination with Village Attorney on the process the Ethics Board will utilize in adjudicating the ethics complaint filed under Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code against Trustee Tim Utter. Convene in Closed Session per Wis. Stats §19.85 (1)(f) – considering charges against specified persons which if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such investigation. (Investigation regarding ethics complaints filed under Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code against Trustees Brian Utter and Tim Utter.) 8. OPEN SESSION. a. Motion to adjourn the Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session to act on items of business discussed in Closed Session. 9. Determine next meeting date. 10. Adjournment. A quorum of The Village Board may attend this meeting for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities as Village trustees.
