AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
a. Review and possible approval of the draft Minutes of the July 13, 2011; September 14, 2011; October 12, 2011; and November 9, 2011 Public Safety Committee meetings.
3. LICENSE HEARING.
a. Conduct hearing on recommendation to deny the issuance of an Alcohol Beverage Operator’s License for Karile Johnston.
b. Committee report to the Village Board on recommendation regarding the approval or denial of an Alcohol Beverage Operator’s License for Karile Johnston.
c. Conduct hearing on recommendation to deny the issuance of an Alcohol Beverage Operator’s License for Stacey Rehberg.
d. Committee report to the Village Board on recommendation regarding the approval or denial of an Alcohol Beverage Operator’s License for Stacey Rehberg.
4. BUSINESS.
a. Review and discussion regarding possible amendment of Village Code of Ordinances Sec. 11-65(b) to permit Class “A” and “Class A” retailers to sell alcohol beginning at 6:00 a.m., as allowed per recently enacted 2011 Wisconsin Act 97.
b. Review and possible recommendation to the Village Board on Ordinance #2012-01 (formerly #2011-18) to permit licensing of outdoor areas for consumption of alcohol beverages.
c. Status report and discussion on "DaneCom" Interoperable Radio Communications System Project and municipal equipment purchases/grants.
d. Discussion and possible action on the installation of a permanent prescription drug drop off receptacle (MedDrop Program)
e. Report on Fire Department personnel policies.
