1. Call to order.
2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the February 20, 2012 Plan Commission Meeting.
3. Public Hearing – Review and possible recommendation to the Village Board on a request by property owner Rollin Darst to rezone 6115 U.S. Highway 51 to C-G General Commercial in order to lease space for a floral shop. The property is currently zoned C-H Highway Commercial.
4. Public Hearing – Review and possible action on a request by Koch Pipeline Company, L.P., on behalf of Flint Hills Resources, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a 30’ tele-communication tower at 4405 Terminal Drive. The property is zoned M-IC Manufactured- Intensive Commercial.
5. Review and possible action on a request by Koch Pipeline Company, L.P., on behalf of Flint Hills Resources, for site/design approval to construct a 30’ communication tower at 4405 Terminal Drive. The property is zoned M-IC Manufactured-Intensive Commercial.
6. Review and possible recommendation to the Village Board on a request by the McFarland School District for site/design approval to revise the drop-off/pick-up locations at the elementary campuses of Conrad Elvehjem Early Learning Center and McFarland Primary School, 6009 and 6103 Johnson Street. Properties are zoned R-1 Residential.
7. Discussion regarding possible updating of the 2006 Village of McFarland Comprehensive Plan.
8. Old Business: Updating the 2007-2012 Outdoor Recreation Plan.
